Orders and Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after the order is processed. Processing usually takes 1-2 business days. You can find estimated delivery times on the checkout page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also log in to your Jhanvi Fashion account to view your order status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within india. We are working on expanding our shipping options soon!
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We often offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount.
What if my package is lost or damaged?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay), Net Banking, UPI, and select digital wallets. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes within india.

Why did my payment fail?

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund. How do I initiate a return or exchange?
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. All sales are final. Please review our detailed sizing and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
How long does a refund take?
If your claim for a damaged or defective item is approved and a refund is authorized, it will be processed within 5-10 business days after the damaged item is confirmed to be received by our team. The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your bank account is subject to your bank's processing times.

How do I find the right size?
We provide a detailed Size Chart link on every product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing those measurements to the chart for the best fit. If you're between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size.
What materials are your clothes made of?
Product materials are listed in the "Details" or "Description" section of each product page. We strive to use high-quality, comfortable fabrics.
How should I care for my garment?
Specific washing and care instructions are provided on the garment's internal tag. We also include general care tips in the product description (e.g., "Hand wash recommended" or "Machine wash cold").
Will an item that is out of stock be restocked?
We try our best to restock popular items quickly. You can sign up for a "Back in Stock" notification on the product page, and we'll email you when it's available again.
